Could someone tell me which type of video game is a good solution to get fit?

Hi everyone,
to begin with, i believe that some people thought that you can find a small number of individuals that play videogames, this is exactly what, sometimes the fathers say. Nevertheless they have no idea, that there ara a complete lot of men and women that play videogames nowadays.
I think that videogames are good for the people. One positive point is that videogames are a technique of entertainment, but there is however some people that plays all the day and this are not a entertainment it can become a poor habit to the person.
Another positive point, i believe, that some videogames can teach you with a unique way, for exemple some shooting games have a previous history with the World War among others. And you also, playing it could learn a brief history.
In addition, I believe that after a person took the videogames with a bad habit could have a eyesight with others points for exemple the point that they could develop into a fat person since this person don’t do fit. Speaking about that (the matter of this article), i do believe that If you play a sporty game, for exemple the fundamental games for the nintendo wii console, can be done exercise by using these games. But by other side, you can do a good exercise, and you could disconect of the screen and the house if you go out to do sport somewhere.

In conclusion, sorry for go up and up with all the comment but i believe that I don’t like that i have to detail the things.

I think that do exercise inside using an active gaming might be a lot better than do the full exercise outside, because if the friends are a long way away, is complicated to go with they, so have fun with game titles is better because if the game is online it is possible to play anytime together with your friends and you will plug-in a webcam and play as if you are next to the friend.

I believe that meet friends outside is better than play video games. In my opinion, it’s not very weel when it comes to children to stay in front of a screen all the day, as it cause eyes and back problems and addition so plenty of teens do not meet they’re friends simply because they’re playing video games. Some people think is way better to go outside together with your friends, to meet up with they or even to do exercice because to try out all the day causes so many problems. I belive that the video gaming are great to socializing with other people who various other places of this world and know new cultures, and in a day that is rainy you cannot go outside you can easily play video gaming.

In my opinion I believe the kind of games like just dance that forces to go to make points and win the overall game are losing popularity considering that the are other games that are more enjoyable and also you dont need to stan up of the sit.

well just dance and physical games continue to be making lots of money otherwise Ugandan Knuckles would never had became such a meme that is big VR chat was a physical game and where it gained popularity.Also motion controls are on every device like kinect on xbox, phones have physical stuff, vr, PlayStation move still exists,etc

I do believe that playing outside your house is much better than play video games. At first place, it really is harmful to your eyes and it will offer you headache if you are looking the screen on a regular basis. However, if that you do not play a complete lot of time is very good to relax and play online together with your friends for a while. However you don’t need to play considerable time with videogames, you have to go outside your house, meet your friends and have now a time that is good.

In my oppinion, I do believe that playing outside is much better than game titles. Firstly, it is not advantageous to your eyes near sighted.. in addition, it is not real, so maybe you are good in games if you pay attention in the desktop, it takes you eyestrain and with a longtime can make you. However in the fact, you dont know how to play it well outside. And if you play outside, you can easily breath the clearly air and act much more it is very advantageous to your healthy.

Some kind of video games can be of help for lazy people in my opinion. As an example PokemonGo became really popular last summer and pushed lots of “gamers” to go out and find pokemons. Exactly the same happened when Wii Fit first came out. Playing a video clip game is not exactly like venturing out and running, or playing volleyball or swimming, but it is at least something. A small step to become more and more fit.
